Students from the parishes of Saint Clement and Saint James prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation together.
Confirmation preparation for students in 8th grade through 11th grade begins on Sunday, September 20 with a parent meeting at Saint James Parish Hall at 7:00pm.
Candidates meet regularly for instruction. Study includes an in depth look at Baptism, the Gifts of the Spirit, choosing a sponsor, being witnesses to the Gospel and exploring holy people as role models. A service component is also part of Confirmation preparation.
Students will celebrate Confirmation in February 2016.
